Hi! I'm Suzanne Rabold, associate broker-real estate consultant, wife and proud mother of two. I have a wonderful husband, Bill, who is an exceptional and dedicated mortgage lender with Express One Mortgage. And we have two beautiful children, Anna (14 years old) and Ben (8 years old). I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio (home of the Mudhens and Tony Packo's) and attended the University of Toledo. In January of 1995, I moved to Arizona and pursued my real estate license and career.
Over the past ten years I have actively worked in the real estate industry. During this time I have earned various awards for sales volume, Including West USA Realty Award of Excellence - top 1%, Presidents Circle, Phoenix Business Journal Book of Lists for Residential Real Estate Agents, and Recognition from Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.
The custom home and golf property real estate market is my specialty. As a member and property owner of private golf communities through out the state (Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club-Superstition Mountain, The Rim Club-Payson, Forest Highlands-Flagstaff, Gozzer Ranch-Coeurdalene, ID) I am especially aware of the needs and desires of golf property owners. Making the decision to purchase, sell or construct a luxury property is important.
