Only property owners can be Desert Highlands Members. Not surprising then that Desert Highlands has attracted a uniquely special group of residents - diverse in age and interests - who share a mutual respect for the community's offerings and each other. A rare camaraderie has developed here. With ony 560 homesites, Desert Highlands is "intimately-sized" ensuring that it will always enjoy that community esprit. The Membership fee at Desert Highlands is $75,000 and is payable upon close of escrow. (Members must own a home or home site.) This fee entitles members to use of all amenities – including golf course, 18-hole putting course, 13 tennis courts and fitness center. The monthly dues are $930 and include HOA fees.
