The true measure of a professional is when things don't go as planned. When dealing with a short sale it is fair to say nothing is a given, you just don't know how the process will unfold. Suzanne was masterful in communicating and working with us. She was honest, hardworking and accurate with her assessments as we went through the process. Suzanne Rabold is the consummate real estate broker. She is intelligent, well informed, efficient and effective.
